Please enjoy this introductory class to Kriya meditation. In this class, I explain what Kriya meditation is, how it works but more importantly, I guide you through a Kriya technique so you can experience it for yourself. A 'Kriya' is an action to purify consciousness. What that simply means is to clear any blockages in your system so you can raise your energy to a higher state. The practice will help you to still your mind, do the healing you need, be more in tune with your intuition and connect to your highest wisdom. And in this state of being you will ultimately live a happy, free, and fulfilling life. What to expect: this is a full 60-minute class that consists of a short intro talk, light movements and breathing exercises to still the mind, the kriya technique to cleanse and raise your energy followed by 18 minutes of meditation - surrendering to the state no-thing and connect to all things at once. I will then close with a grounding practice to bring us back to earth :)
