Welcome to a digital yoga retreated for NHS staff and key workers. This is a free digital yoga retreat that you can access any time from February to the end of May 2021. This site is only accessible via the secret URL and has been created by yoga teacher Nicola Peters, with donations from incredible teachers across the country. This space has been created to give back to the people on the frontline of the pandemic. We send our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to those working to keep the nation safe. We invite all levels from complete beginner to advance, we hope that you can find space, peace and rest through this digital yoga retreat.

 

If you are not NHS staff or a key worker, but have found your way to this secret retreat, we welcome you and are happy you are here, but if you are not NHS/key worker we ask you to please respect that the curation of this site was intended to give back to the heroes fighting against Covid-19.
