Mindfulness is giving your full attention/awareness to something, it can be applied to literally anything from cooking to walking to painting. It doesn’t have to be so serious all the time, so try these Ancient Egyptian (obvs) themed maze puzzles and slow the busy mind. If nothing else it’s a fun 5 minute break.
