Each month I make an hours playlist of music for the vinyasa classes that I teach. I add songs that I'm listening to or that I think capture the vibe of the month. They start off slow, then flow into something more upbeat and then slow back down in time for savasana. You can practise yoga to them or I like to work to them also - using the 50:10 minute Pomodoro Technique (check it out if this is new to you). These playlists are private and just for those that attend my classes. Or as of now for people anyone reading this :)
